One Wellness Terms of Use

Welcome to One Wellness!

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the One Wellness website ("Website"), mobile application ("App"), and any related services offered by One Wellness Pte Ltd ("One Wellness", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.  

 

  1. Content and Intellectual Property

The Services contain content, including text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, software, and other information ("Content"). The Content is the property of One Wellness or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the Content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.  

 

  1. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify One Wellness immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. One Wellness will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.  

 

  1. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the rights of any third party.
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or threatening content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

 

 

  1. Event and Class Photos and Videos

We may capture photos and videos of events and classes for promotional purposes. By participating in these events, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in these materials. You can opt out of this by informing us prior to the event.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ONE WELLNESS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ONE WELLNESS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.  

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

ONE WELLNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ONE WELLNESS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  

 

  1. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore Arbitration Act (Cap. 346).  

 

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective when they are posted on the Services. You agree to review the Terms regularly and be bound by the current version.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and One Wellness regarding your use of the Services.
