Jill Alphonso

Jill has been practicing yoga for 15 years.

In 2013, she was certified to teach Bikram Yoga, which she loves for its holistic, systemic approach to health and well-being. She approaches it as a life-long practice that has powerful mind-body benefits.
Jill participated in 2014 Yoga Asana Championships, placing 2nd in Singapore.
An experienced teacher, Jill classes are known to be peaceful with clear, strong instruction.
